Today we wanted to make you aware of an organizational change at the company to ensure better communication and consistency.  

​

1) Starting June 10th you will be assigned to a single lawn provider. We will no longer have different lawn crews coming to your home unless there is an emergency.

​

2) We are adding a new messaging and communication system to easily connect you to your assigned lawn tech.

​

In addition to having easier access to your lawn technician, we are also adding additional phone support staff to follow up on the calls we receive. We will continue to use our "call-back" feature but you'll receive a much more timely response.
